Garden Ornament

On the 23rd June 2016 my country voted by a very small margin to leave the EU. Among many of the valid reasons quoted by various “Leavers” was the wish for our government to take back control of our laws and judiciary.

Today I would like to formally apologise to all my fellow Europeans for the dismal failure of the British government to ratify the withdrawal agreement.

I sincerely hope that the UK will now permanently revoke Article 50 and entrust our futures to the European Union, so that our children can continue to enjoy the wonderful right to live, love and work in any of the 28 member states of the EU.
